Karunasena Jayalath (10 January 1928 – 25 August 1994) was a prominent Sri Lankan novelist and newspaper editor who left a lasting impact on Sinhala literature. He is best known for his ability to capture the psychological nuances of youth, romance, and human relationships in Sri Lanka.
